基于电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析36种元素的西红花产地鉴别

摘要:本研究建立了一种通过电感耦合等离子体质谱同时检测不同产地西红花样本中36种元素含量的方法,各元素的线性均大于0.999,精密度良好,回收率为92.1%103.0%。数据集由伊朗和我国上海、江苏、浙江、西藏四个地区的93个西红花样本组成,各产地均检出西红花样本中32种元素,其中平均含量从高到低主要为MnCuRbSrCoBaCrV,利用方差分析、主成分分析、线性判别分析(LDA)对数据进行统计分析。结果表明:西红花样本中有31种元素含量在5个产地间存在显著差异,当主成分数为9时,LDA模型的训练集和预测集的识别率最佳,分别为100%90.32%。研究证明,基于西红花元素含量构建的判别模型可以有效鉴别不同产地的西红花,为西红花的质量控制和产地溯源提供科学依据。

Identification of Saffron Origin Based on Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry Analysis of 36 Elements

AbstractIn this study, a method for simultaneous determination of 36 elements in saffron samples from different origin by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established. The linearity of each element was greater than 0.999, the precision was good, and the recovery was range from 92.1% to 103.0%. The data set consists of 93 saffron samples from Iran and four places in China: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Tibet. 32 elements were detected in saffron samples from all producing areas, of which the average contents were mainly Mn, Cu, Rb, Sr, Co, Ba, Cr and V from high to low. The data were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), principal component analysis and linear discriminant analysis (LDA). The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of 31 kinds of elements in the saffron samples among the five producing areas. When the principal component fraction was 9, the recognition rates of the training set and prediction set of LDA model were the best, which were 100% and 90.32% respectively. The research proved that the discrimination model based on the element content of saffron could effectively identify the saffron from different producing areas, which could provide a scientific basis for the quality control and origin traceability of saffron.
